When we talk about marketing we often say about how to use it to find new customers, new target audiences and new business opportunities.
However, when all is said & done, the easiest way to increase the sales in your business is to market to your current customers.
Not only do they already trust you & (hopefully!) have had a great experience buying from you, but you’ve built a relationship with them.
They are already warmed up to you, know how your processes work and what benefits you bring.
As long as you have kept your customer service & expectation levels high, resolved any issues and nurtured that relationship, then you’ve already got a foot in the door.
This critical client base that could easily make a difference to your sales and profit just by ensuring that you continue to communicate with them and including them in your marketing activity.
Do you market to your current customers?
Or do you just keep everything crossed that they might buy again at some point?
